Our fee structure has been designed with affordability in mind, recognising that Family Dispute Resolution is often a compulsory step for families navigating parenting matters. We aim to ensure our services remain accessible, affordable, and available in a timely manner, and encourage clients to speak with us if cost is a concern.

Important Information

Mediation sessions are charged in 3.5-hour blocks.
Most parenting matters can be resolved within a single 3.5-hour session.
Basic property settlements are often completed within one 3.5-hour session.
More complex matters may require a full-day session or multiple sessions.
Additional hours are charged at the hourly rate of $200/hour per person.

Parenting Coordination

Parenting Coordination is an ongoing process rather than a single session, and is designed for parents who already have a parenting plan or court orders in place. Engagements typically run for six months to twelve months, depending on the level of conflict and how quickly things settle.
Sessions are billed per person, per hour.
Fees are usually shared equally between parents, unless otherwise agreed or set out in a Court order.

Section 60I Preparation

Elder & Supported Mediation provides a structured space for families and support networks navigating difficult conversations and differing views.
Standard pricing includes up to 4 participants, with extended family sessions available for larger support networks. Costs are often shared between participants where appropriate.
Common matters involve communication breakdown, family conflict, or differing views relating to care decisions, support needs, future planning, ageing, disability, or independence.
More complex matters may require additional time or multiple sessions.
Written agreements or outcome summaries can be prepared where appropriate.

Interpreter Services (TIS National)

If you require an interpreter for your mediation session, we can arrange this through TIS National (Translating and Interpreting Service), a government-accredited interpreting service covering 160+ languages. Interpreter costs are invoiced to you.

Please advise us of your required language at the time of booking so we can arrange an interpreter in advance of your session.
